All prices are subject to change without prior notice
Installation charges depend on site conditions
Payments must be made as per agreed quotation or invoice
GST will be charged as applicable

4. Warranty & Hardware

All CCTV products are covered under manufacturer warranty only. My CCTV Shop does not provide independent warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.

5. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing proper power supply, internet connectivity, and safe installation environment. Delays caused by site readiness may affect installation timelines.

6. Surveillance Usage & Legal Compliance

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that CCTV usage complies with local laws, privacy regulations, and applicable government guidelines.

My CCTV Shop shall not be liable for any misuse of surveillance systems or illegal recording.

7. Limitation of Liability

My CCTV Shop shall not be liable for:

Data loss, footage loss, or hacking incidents
Network failures or third-party service disruptions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Cancellation & Refund

Once installation is completed or hardware is delivered, refunds are generally not applicable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials belong to My CCTV Shop and may not be copied without written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
